Maite González, Chief Regional Officer and Chief Innovation Officer for MAPFRE RE in southern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, brilliantly explained to the School of Business students how to manage multinational teams and how to establish a unified organizational identity. This conference is one of the open activities that the Talent Chair organizes for University of Granada students interested in such matters.

Once again the University of Granada’s Talent and Leadership Chair was televised on Canal Sur’s news program. On this occasion the regional television channel reported on the presentation #EresLíder (YOUAREALEADER), interviewing some of the participants in the promotional video, which was made in order to boost and develop values based leadership amongst young people.

Pilar Aranda and Aitor Vinós presented the Initiative #ERESLIDER (YOUAREALEADER), a new program from the University’s Talent Incubator aimed at strengthening youth leadership in major future challenges and putting their talent and preparation at the service of causes that require commitment and values based leadership.

Amongst the participants in the presentation was Jorge Abarca, a sportsman from Granada and founder of Granada’s Association of ALS Sufferers; Francisco Cantero, manager of Corazón María’s Soup Kitchen; Rosa Irene de Castro, president of VALE Association in support of People with Intellectual Disabilities; Jesus Corral, representative of People with Intellectual Disabilities of the VALE Association and the protagonists of the campaign, the Talent and Leadership Chair’s students.
