UGR AND NGA HUMAN RESOURCES RENEW THEIR PARTNERSHIP

The University of Granada and NGA Human Resources renew their commitment to fostering university students’ leadership and transformation capacity through the Talent and Leadership Chair, with the signing of a new collaborative agreement by Dean Pilar Aranda and Feliz Montalbán Jiménez, financial director of NGA-HR.

The event was also attended by Alberto Aragón, General Director of the Talent and Leadership Chair; Lola Vidal, General Coordinator of the Chair; Aitor Vinós, Vice President of NGA-HR; and Álvaro Santaella, Director of NGA’s Granada branch.

The Chair has launched the first Talent Incubator in a Spanish university. The Chair develops innovative, cutting edge activities and training programs focused on strengthening competencies which are vital for success in today’s business world, such as leadership, social-emotional intelligence, teamwork, or creativity.

THE FEMALE TALENT 4.0 PROJECT GETS UNDER WAY WITH A PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP

The Talent and Leadership Chair’s Female Talent 4.0 Program, sponsored by NGA-HR and aimed at bridging the digital gender divide that exists in Spain, continues with its professional competencies training activities with their Personal Development Workshop “Wake up: It’s your attitude that counts”, given by María del Mar Méndez, professor at the University of Granada and personal development coach.
