Talento UGR Alumni Lounge 

Purpose of the Program

Talent UGR Alumni Lounge aims to involve the graduates of the Talent Incubator, once they have completed any of its training programs, through a series of activities that continue to add value to their professional and personal profile.

It is about creating a space for collaboration, reunion and mutual support where all the people who have gone through the programs of the Talent Incubators and who have already joined the world of work, can continue to contribute and maintain a common bond.

Talent UGR Alumni Lounge:

• encourages collaborations with people who have similar interests
• helps new members of the Talent Incubator in their initiatives and activities
• allows them to continue training with the proposed activities, creates new networks of contacts
• enables the exhibition of professional projects and the search, together with the mentors and the technical team of the Talent Incubator, of new initiatives of interest.

Former students can also be part of the Talent Bank of the University of Granada. Such Talent Bank is a platform for high-profile students created by the Talent Incubator where the most powerful companies both in our country and beyond do high-level recruitment.

To achieve this, the most important thing is to have the collaboration – as active participants – of all those who have been students in the programs of the Chair of Talent and Leadership.
